Taught (chess) at City of London School from 1988 to 2005.

Several now famous players were among my earlier pupils.

Has acted as a judge of endgame studies and composed several prize-winning problems.

Organised the inaugural 1996 and 1997 Batsford Schools Chess Problem Solving Championship.

Available for group or private tuition, simuls, lectures and commentary.

Teaching from £30 an hour. Other activities negotiable.
